What is our Process?

 

 

 

 

Step 1: Coaching Request Response

Once we receive your request, we will respond to your inquiry within 24-hours to discuss your request.

​​​​

Step 2: Introductory Coaching Conversation (45 minutes - free)

In this session, we will get to know one another a little better and make sure that you feel that I am the right coach for you to work with.

​

​​Step 3: Client Strategy Session(s)

This session will kick off our coaching relationship. We will explore the scope of the work we will be doing and what that will entail.

​​   

Step 4: Client Engagement Session(s) 

These sessions will encompass our full engagement and emersion in the coaching process. 

​

​Step 5: Client Integration Session(s)

This is the final session of the coaching engagement. During this session, we will partner to discuss your crowning achievements; and your coaching transformation.
